Dr. Josie McSkimming is an Australian social worker, psychotherapist, lecturer, and researcher. She has been in full time private practice since 2000, specializing in relationship therapy and adult mental health. In her book Leaving Christian Fundamentalism and the Re-construction of Identity, Dr. McSkimming details the stories of those who have left Christian fundamentalist churches and how they change after they have left.
